Pippa
Commercial & Brand Director
With 18+ years in marketing strategy and brand development, Pippa helps businesses shape content that drives engagement and growth. She specialises in customer insight, channel performance and turning strategy into clear creative direction.
She’s worked with major brands including Barclays, IHG, Barclaycard and Wickes, and previously led eCommerce, CRM and loyalty work at Amazon and iris Concise.
Originally a mechanical engineering graduate, Pippa brings a sharp mix of creativity and commercial thinking, making sure every Tiger Ant project is not only beautifully made, but built to work for your audience.
Paul
Content Producer / Director
Paul is an award-winning and Grierson-nominated Series Director, Producer, Videographer and Edit Producer with over 20 years in television. His credits include LEGO Masters, Undercover Big Boss, Junior Doctors, Child Genius, Back In Time for Dinner, Police: Hour of Duty.
He also brings that experience to branded and corporate content - combining strong interview technique, visual flair and technical confidence to produce films that feel natural, premium and on-message.
Brands he’s worked with include Starbucks, Five Guys, Place2Be, UNICEF and more.
Paul can help you develop, direct, produce, light and film your content ideas. He also has a GVC and A2 certificate of competency drone licence.
